The Permanent
Floor Solution.
Don’t coat it—Refine it. We use heavy industrial diamond grinders to transform your existing concrete slab into a dense, dust-proof, mirror-like surface.

The Refinement Process
1. Grinding
Metal-bond diamonds remove the top layer and expose the strong aggregate.
2. Densifying
We apply Lithium Silicate to chemically harden the concrete surface by 400%.
3. Polishing
Resin-bond diamonds (up to 3000 grit) hone the floor to a glass-like reflection.
4. Sealing
A penetrating stain guard prevents oil and water absorption.
Epoxy vs. Polished Concrete
Epoxy Coating
A resin layer added ON TOP of the concrete.
- ✓ Hides cracks & imperfections perfectly.
- ✓ Chemical & Acid resistant.
- ✓ Available in any color/design.
- ✕ Can peel if moisture is trapped.
- ✕ Scratches more easily.
ZERO PEELING
Polished Concrete
The concrete ITSELF is refined. No coating.
- ✓ Impossible to peel (it’s the slab itself).
- ✓ Extremely scratch resistant.
- ✓ Lowest lifetime maintenance cost.
- ! Cannot hide existing cracks completely.
- ! Only “Grey/Stone” colors available.

Restoration FAQ
Is it cheaper than epoxy?
Generally, yes. For large open areas like warehouses, polishing is 30-40% cheaper than a heavy-duty epoxy system because there are no expensive resins involved.
Is it dusty?
The installation creates dust, but we use industrial vacuums (HEPA). The *final floor* is 100% dust-proof because we seal the pores of the concrete.
Can you polish old concrete?
Yes, provided the slab is structurally sound. We can remove old glue, paint, and grime to reveal the fresh stone underneath.
Is it slippery?
Polished concrete is surprisingly slip-resistant when dry (better than polished marble). It can be slippery when wet, but we can add guard products to improve traction.
