The Engineering

Not Just Paint.
It’s Architecture.

A true 3D floor is a complex chemical system. We build a multi-layer composite that is waterproof, bacteria-resistant, and harder than concrete.

1. The Substrate Prep

Diamond grinding to CSP-3 profile ensures the resin bites into the concrete.

2. Self-Leveling Base

We pour 3mm of white epoxy to create a perfectly flat “canvas” for the image.

3. The Clear Lens

The final 2mm layer is clear Polyaspartic resin. It acts as a magnifying lens for the 3D print.

Engineered for The Kingdom

Standard European epoxies fail in Saudi Arabia. Our formulation is specifically tweaked for high heat and dust conditions.

60°C Heat Tolerance

Riyadh summers can melt standard wax. Our Aliphatic Epoxy stays hard and glossy even in direct sunlight.

Anti-Dust Shield

Seamless surface prevents fine desert sand from settling in grout lines. A quick mop restores the shine.

Humidity Proof

For Jeddah projects, we use moisture-tolerant primers that bond to concrete even in 90% humidity environments.

Installation Protocol

Day 1

Diamond Grinding & Priming

We strip the old floor and open the concrete pores. A penetrating primer is applied to stop bubbles.

Day 2

Self-Leveling & Image Install

We pour the white base layer. Once tacky, we carefully install the high-definition 3D print without air pockets.

Day 3

The “Glass” Pour

The final clear coat is poured at 2-3mm thickness. This gives the “underwater” magnifying effect.

Common Questions

Is 3D Flooring slippery?

+
Yes, the glass finish is slippery when wet. However, for bathrooms, we add a microscopic anti-slip polymer.

Does the image fade?

+
No. We use UV-resistant ink and seal it with UV-stable Polyaspartic resin.

Can I use my own photo?

+
Yes! As long as the image resolution is high (4K or vector).

Do you serve Dammam?

+
Yes, we have teams in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Mecca.
